Our mental health services - for the community
A counselling service tailored for you. Based in Fareham and Gosport, Hampshire.
We work with all issues, such as: stress, anxiety, bereavement, self-confidence and depression.
We are a CIC (Community Interest Company) who offer discounted services for carers and those struggling with financial crisis (means tested - benefits).
We also accept referrals from low income households & social prescribers (via your local NHS Doctor Surgery).
Our Services
What we do : At Bee-Released Counselling CIC we offer affordable counselling for carers and if you are on benefits or low income, for £10 per session.
We also offer a 'first point of call' opportunity at our drop in every 1st and 3rd Friday. A chance to meet us to discuss options.
How : You can be referred by your social prescription team (within GP surgery), volunteering agencies refer to us or self-refer.
We also offer education and teaching services, around mental health topics.
